We just worked with Chelsea on the purchase of our new home in the nh seacoast. While we had a really tough market Chelsea was able to help us get into a home we love without overpaying. She was able to correctly identify problems in a couple of houses and accurately give an idea of how different bids would be received. Once we finally located the right house she was able to advise us through the negotiations on inspection items, getting us to exactly where we’d hoped to land. Throughout the process she was ridiculously available, seriously, it’s ok to not respond to us until morning. She was also just a pleasure to talk to. We honestly just enjoyed chatting - even working through a closing where the lender kept making mistakes was somehow fun.
